It notices repeated clicks and rejected form fields and offers to help. With the visitor's approval it points to the right field or fills one in.
A real person, on request
Talk to a person rings your team. Answer from the Calls panel, or set yourself away and Relay keeps helping while the visitor leaves an email for your reply.
Voice and video calls
Visitors and your team can call each other by voice or video, both ways, through a private relay, so neither side sees the other's network address.

- Additional work
